Applying the Yellowfin Fish Sticker

Materials

• Mild detergent (dishwashing liquid is fine)
• Water
• Clean cloth or sponge
• Masking tape
• Squeegee or credit card
• Pin or needle

Prepping Your Boat for the Yellowfin Fish Sticker

Begin by cleaning the surface of your boat where you intend to place the Yellowfin FishSticker. Mix mild detergent with water and use a clean cloth or sponge to thoroughly clean the area.   Wait for it to dry and ensure all dirt, grime, and residue are removed for optimal adhesion.

Applying the Fish Sticker

1. Positioning the Sticker: Carefully choose the placement of the sticker on your boat. Ensure it’s centred and aligned to your liking. Stick it in place with masking tape and step back from the boat to ensure a good overall location.
2. Peeling Off the Backing: Gently peel off the backing of the sticker, taking care not to touch the adhesive side too much.
3. Applying the Sticker: Slowly lower the sticker onto the boat’s surface, starting from one edge and working your way across. Use a squeegee or credit card to smooth as you apply the sticker.
4. Removing Air Bubbles: If air bubbles form under the sticker, don’t worry. Use a pin or needle to carefully puncture the bubble, then press the air out towards the puncture point. Smooth over the area with your finger or the squeegee to ensure proper adhesion.

Final Touches and Maintenance
